Prior to her tenure at Meybohm Mortgage, Kim served as the President/CEO of Melbourne-based Holiday Builders, where her visionary leadership steered the company through challenging economic climates, resulting in continued growth and success. Preceding her time at Holiday Builders, Kim Shelpman held the position of Vice President at Shelter Mortgage, where she oversaw loan origination, operations, and P&L management. Her leadership spanned seven branch offices, and she played a pivotal role in expanding the company's footprint across the United States. Kim actively contributed to the pricing committee, product development, and served as the primary liaison for audits and reviews of FHA, Fannie Mae, and investor loans. Her proven track record of success and industry acumen make her a driving force behind the Meybohm Mortgage’s growth and prosperity.
